The CLO Kudos Safe Act & Service Recognition Award honors any employee or individual served who demonstrates helping others through teamwork, service to others, making the home environment safer through an act or suggestion that promotes safety and service.
Any staff or individual served may complete this form, briefly explaining the safe act or service someone has completed or by offering their suggestion on how to help others and the home to be safe.
Make a copy for the person and give original to House Manager. Designated Coordinator will submit the award to Josi and Jeff. On the first week of each month a drawing will be held for a $50 gift card and gift basket, from the Kudos that have been submitted from the previous month.

Maintenance – North Branch, Anoka, Washington
Position: Maintenance Posting Date: May 26, 2023
Location: Southern Neighborhoods (Washington 2, Scandia, North Anoka, North Branch 1, North Branch 2) Base Shop will be located at the Hugo home, office at Sundance.
Maintenance will be responsible for the overall operation of all of the established homes in listed neighborhoods and willingness to assist in northern neighborhoods as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge in general carpentry, light electrical, and basic plumbing important. Desire to learn and flexibility is crucial for this position. Must have valid driver’s licenses and approved driver according to CLO guidelines. Must be able to work with a variety of materials including but not limited to: insulation, a variety of wood, glues and other adhesives, and roofing material.
Experience in the Human Services field preferred but not required. Must complete assigned
training. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to negotiate stairs, lift 75+
pounds. A valid Driver’s license is required and the applicant must be approved through CLO
vehicle insurance company to be an approved driver.
This position is hourly, 80 hours per pay period, with hours that have some flexibility. You need to have a strong desire to help improve the client’s lives and environment, have patience, organizational skills and the ability to handle paperwork, while not forgetting the client’s needs come first. Skills will also include computer experience, the ability to interact positively with Coordinators, House Managers, and staff and to handle other duties that come your way.

Position Title: Maintenance Staff
Summary: The Maintenance Staff will work to organize, prioritize, and implement tasks to be completed.
Maintenance staff will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of all facilities at all CLO sites. This includes, but is not limited to, general repair, emergency repair, remodeling of sites, vehicle maintenance, and grounds upkeep in regards to safety issues. The Maintenance Staff are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment.

HOUSE MANAGER POSITION POSTING
FOR Deer Valley/Tan
Duties: The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the home. They function as a team leader and structure the daily shifts to ensure the consumers receive the highest quality of care possible. The House Manager will supervise staff in the household’s, ensuring scheduling is appropriate for the Individuals needs and replace staff as needed, facilitate staff meetings, complete necessary paper work, among other duties.
Hours: 40 hours/week, 12 hours a week on direct care in the home from 3:00pm – 9:00pm. Remainder of hours are designed as paper work time and staff interaction time which is also spent in the home. The House Manager needs to be flexible with hours to meet Individual’s needs. The House Manager is on call every 3rd weekend.
Qualifications: The House Manager needs to be innovative, flexible, organized, able to balance many tasks at one time, and have a take charge attitude. Must be able to assist in restraint procedures and be able to negotiate stairs. Candidates must have a good work history, professional work references, and at least one year experience with C.L.O preferred, but not required.
