DSP Hourly Wage Increase Effective January 1st , 2023
All DSP will see an increase in wages on January 1st.
All new hire DSP will be eligible for a wage step increase at their 3 month hire date followed by annual increases on a progressive pay scale.

CLO Kudos Safe Act and Service Awards
Monthly Drawing for $ 50 Gift Card & Gift Basket
The CLO Kudos Safe Act & Service Recognition Award honors any employee or individual served who demonstrates helping others through teamwork, service to others, making the home environment safer through an act or suggestion that promotes safety and service.
Any staff or individual served may complete this form, briefly explaining the safe act or service someone has completed or by offering their suggestion on how to help others and the home to be safe.
Make a copy for the person and give original to House Manager. Designated Coordinator will submit the award to Josi and Jeff. On the first week of each month a drawing will be held for a $50 gift card and gift basket, from the Kudos that have been submitted from the previous month.

CLO 11th Annual SAFE Team Boat Trip held Friday, June 23rd, 2023 Noon – 2:30 pm at Stillwater
Thanks to everyone who came to our 11th Annual SAFE Team Boat trip and made it another great event.
It was a beautiful day for a boat ride, a little warm, food was good and the company was great.

Hi Everyone
Thanks to everyone who came and made it another great Halloween party.
We had a great turn out, with over 221 individuals and staff in person and by proxy.
The weather was sunny, but cold, I am definitely getting a costume next year that involves some form of fire and heat.
All the individuals came in costume and given the great turnout and smiles, it appeared to be well received by the individuals and staff.
Special thanks to PDs, DCs, House Managers, Tori and Josi for hosting and making it happen.
Personally, I had a good time, I enjoyed spending time with a great group of people.
The following are the neighborhood judging results, I have also attached a notice to post in the homes.

FOR DEER VALLEY/TAN
Duties: The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the home. They function as a team leader and structure the daily shifts to ensure the consumers receive the highest quality of care possible. The House Manager will supervise staff in the household’s, ensuring scheduling is appropriate for the Individuals needs and replace staff as needed, facilitate staff meetings, complete necessary paperwork, among other duties.
Hours: 40 hours/week, 12 hours a week on direct care in the home from 3:00pm – 9:00pm. Remainder of hours are designed as paperwork time and staff interaction time which is also spent in the home. The House Manager needs to be flexible with hours to meet Individual’s needs. The House Manager is on call every 3rd weekend.
Qualifications: The House Manager needs to be innovative, flexible, organized, able to balance many tasks at one time, and have a take charge attitude. Must be able to assist in restraint procedures and be able to negotiate stairs. Candidates must have a good work history, professional work references, and at least one year experience with C.L.O preferred, but not required.

Qualifications: The House Manager needs to be innovated, flexible, organized, able to balance many tasks at one time, and have a take charge attitude. Must be able to assist in restraint procedures and be able to negotiate stairs. PREFERRED TO BE A CLO DRIVER.

They function as a team leader and structure the daily shifts to ensure the consumers receive the highest quality of care possible. The House Manager will supervise staff in the households, ensuring scheduling is appropriate for the Individuals needs and replace staff as needed, facilitate staff meetings, complete necessary paper work, among other duties.
Hours: 40 hours/week, approximately 12 hours a week working direct care in the homes. Remainder of hours are designed as paperwork time and staff interaction time which is also spent in the home. The House Manager needs to be flexible with hours to meet Individual’s needs. The House Manager is on call every 6th weekend.
Qualifications: The House Manager needs to be innovative, flexible, organized, and able to balance many tasks at one time, and have a take charge attitude. The candidate must be creative with scheduling. An approved CLO Driver preferred, but not required. A good work history, professional work references, and at least one year experience with C.L.O preferred.

Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, and year-end bonus and 401K participation. The Hugo home offers a $2 differential.
