CLO 22nd Anniversary Staff Recognition Party –  Friday, January 26th, 2018

The Staff Recognition Party was a huge success and a great time.

It was definitely the largest party we’ve had with over 100 people present and enjoyed by all.

Special thanks to Kris, Polly, Jaime, Mandi, Marvin, Sheila, Sara, Stephanie, Gina and others for helping with all of the hauling of food, prizes and awards, the set up and clean up.

There is no way it could have been put together without all the help. Congratulations to Dillon Kingbird on winning the TV.

DSP Hire Longevity Bonus

Bonus at 6 month for Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff $250 full time/ $100 part time/relief

All new DSP hires are eligible at their 6 month hire date anniversary for a longevity bonus by meeting criteria for either full time status ($250 bonus) or part time/relief status ($100 bonus). Talk to your DC or the office for specific information.

Employee Referral Program

Earn more for referring new employee

Please keep in mind our New Employee Referral Program

If a new employee is actively recruited by a current employee, the referring employee receives a $ 25 bonus when the new employee completes their third week of work.

The referring employee also receives a $100 bonus when the referred employee maintains active employment status full time at 6 months or a $50 bonus if the referred employee is active part time at 6 months, based on a proportion of total hours worked for the 6 month period.

You know a dependable person who would make a good staff for our individuals. They would have a rewarding job, you earn money for the referral and our individuals have great people supporting them.

Housing Support Specialist – Stanchfield – Lakeview

POSITION TITLE: Housing Support Specialist – Lakeview

SUMMARY: The Housing Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the CLO site. The Housing Support Specialist functions as a team leader and will structure the daily shifts to ensure the individuals receive the best care available each day, and that assigned shifts run as smoothly as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS: One-year experience in the Human Services field preferred. Must complete CPR and Medication Administration Training. Must be able to negotiate stairs, lift 25 or more pounds and be able to assist in transferring wheelchair bound individuals. Must be able to meet State and Federal licensing guidelines for direct care employees. Must have a valid driver’s license, interpersonal skills and computer skills. The Housing Support Specialist should be innovative with this position, have enough flexibility to meet the changing needs of the individuals, and have a take charge attitude on shifts worked.

HOURS: Average of 70 hours in a 2-week rotation (average of 35hours per week). Need to be flexible with hours to meet individual needs.

RELATIONSHIP: The Housing Support Specialist reports to the Designated Coordinator.
