Added Bonus
Refer some friends, family members, acquaintances to work at CLO and along with the $ 100/$ 50 referral bonus, you will receive a $20 Holiday gift card when each of those referrals completes their first scheduled home shift.
Along with the gift card, for each person you actively recruited, you will receive a $100 bonus when that person maintains active employment status full time at 6 months or a $50 bonus if they are active part time at 6 months, based on a proportion of total hours worked for the 6 month period.
You know or have met a number of dependable people who would make a good staff for our individuals. They would have a rewarding job, you earn money for the referral and our individuals have great people supporting them.

DSP Hourly Wage Increase Effective January 1st , 2021
All DSP will see an increase in wages on January 1st.
All new hire DSP will be eligible for a wage step increase at their 3 month hire date followed by annual increases on a progressive pay scale. Talk to your DC and for new hires, contact Josi at 651-237-1087
CLO Individuals Halloween Celebration Party and Neighborhood Decoration Judging – Saturday, October 31st, 2020
Thanks to everyone who came and made it another great Halloween party. We had a great turnout for our first “Trunk or Treat” Halloween.
Given the great turnout, it appeared to be well received by the individuals and staff.

CLO 8th SAFE Team Fishing Trip Extravaganza !!!!!!! – Friday, June 26th, 2020
Thanks to everyone who came to our 8th Annual SAFE Fishing trip and making it another great event.
It was a beautiful day for a boat ride and the company was great.
Some even caught fish, nice sized ones too, not that little fishy kind.

Duties: The House Manager is responsible for the day to day functioning of the home. They function as a team leader and structure the daily shifts to ensure the consumers receive the highest quality of care possible. The House Manager will supervise staff in the household, ensuring scheduling is appropriate for the individuals needs and replace staff as needed, facilitate staff meetings, complete necessary paper work, among other duties.
Hours: 40 hours/week, 12 hours a week on direct care in the home from 3:00pm – 9:00pm. Remainder of hours are designed as paper work time and staff interaction time which is also spent in the home. The House Manager needs to be flexible with hours to meet individual’s needs. The House Manager is on call every 3rd weekend.
Qualifications: The House Manager needs to be innovative, flexible, organized, be able to balance many tasks at one time, be a role model to all direct support professionals, and have a positive attitude during challenging situations. This position requires someone who is an effective communicator and self-directed. House Manager must be an approved CLO driver. Must be able to assist in therapeutic intervention, understanding of issues involving mental health, and be able to negotiate stairs. Must also have knowledge and experience with person centered thinking. Candidates must have a good work history, professional work references, and at least one year experience with C.L.O preferred, but not required.
